By accessing or using the IceNice website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products

We sell cooling pillows and related sleep products. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the product.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Free standard shipping is included on all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of:

• Damaged products received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
• Wrong product shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
• Product not received (after confirmed delivery timeframe has passed)
